Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- All orders placed on our website are processed within 3 working days.
- Once processed, the orders are delivered within 10 working days within India.
Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on order above Rupees 499 for all domestic orders. We use Shiprocket to fulfill our shipping requirements.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, we send you the tracking details via email or SMS.
- You can use the tracking number to track the status of your order through the Shiprocket tracking platform.
Damages
- Anna Creation is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, you are required to contact the shipment carrier or our customer support team immediately to file a claim.
- Important: Keep all the packaging material and the damaged product(s) intact before initiating the claim process.

- At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver products within India.

Domestic Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges for orders shipped within India:
- Eligibility for Returns
- If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, you may request a return. Please ensure the following:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging and with all tags intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- Reverse Pick-Up and Exchange Process
- We offer free reverse pick-up for all domestic returns. To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Go to the My Orders section on your account.
- Find the order number for the item you wish to return.
- Click View Order and then select the Return button.
- Select the item(s) you want to return and choose the reason for return.
- Once your return request is registered, you will receive a reverse-pickup AWB (Air Waybill) number.
- We offer free reverse pick-up for all domestic returns. To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

- Packing: Pack the item securely in the original packaging. Ensure the product is unused, in the same condition as when received, and that the tags are still attached.
