Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders placed on our website are processed within 3 working days.
  • Once processed, the orders are delivered within 10 working days within India.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on order above Rupees 499 for all domestic orders. We use Shiprocket to fulfill our shipping requirements.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we send you the tracking details via email or SMS.
  • You can use the tracking number to track the status of your order through the Shiprocket tracking platform.

Damages

  • Anna Creation is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, you are required to contact the shipment carrier or our customer support team immediately to file a claim.
  • Important: Keep all the packaging material and the damaged product(s) intact before initiating the claim process.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver products within India.
